• To every guest, we provide welcome letter that included our hotline and mobile phone number of our general manger who is always available and happy to solve any problems that may arise during their visit.
• Special arrangement for Honeymoon, Anniversary, Birthday or any special occasions/celebration.
• For courtesy, we will have our operation manager to make a greeting call upon guest’s arrival and a follow up call before guest’s departure.
